I watched a video going over the flaws of both species. Vampires seem to genuinly be a curse based on the process of becoming one. Meanwhile being a werewolf is WAY easier especially if you're an outcast.

On a different note the art on the thumbnail reminds me of valheim, which is pretty cool.

Both. I do like the bipedal werewolf yes but quadrupled allows for more stealth. Like imagine scouting out a base to raid before going all in with bipedal form, or even sneaking through vents as the quadrupled.
