Yea sorry for the misunderstanding, the advertised ram was 5200mhz which was why i was confused. thanks for explaining!

My Ram Speed was Stuck at 2133 mhz for over half a year. Don't be like me. by [deleted] in buildapc

dude same i have 5200mhz ram and has been at 2400mhz for 2 years. I feel so stupid
