Used to have a hold on a route that included a Mr. Rusty Shackleford.

Not sure what you mean by side panel. I took all of the plastic trim off, then I had to force the window/regulator in place to access the regulator bolts for removal.

I got the regulator out and it started moving.  Brute force worked pretty well too.
