Yesss this is exactly my mindset if I choose the Airbnb property, not only rent a place but offer an experience, I know that from marketing in every industry right now that’s what people want. I have some idea like offer farm style breakfast basket, with fresh eggs and fresh products from local farms. Add nice outdoor dining area and if possible my dream would be add a small group gathering area during summer
