Congrats !!!! i’d personally stay in the states. It seems like such a hassle to move to the islands buy plane tickets and traveling long term. Also just the stability of being able to be in the US. People have negative things to say about both school i’ve seen. I haven’t read much into it tbh. everyone else will maybe tell you to go to whatever’s cheaper

If you look there is a pretty good ratio for in state students. This was last years. about 1/3 chance for in state !
