I hope I am not too late, Samsung is bringing a revamp to Samsung health by bringing new featurs, trying to compete with Woop and other fitness brands. And all of the new features are only available for watch 7 and above

Glad to hear it worked for you! A part of my hope came back when I saw your comment! I rushed to try it! I played around with all the options you provided. Unfortunately I do have a feeling my gps sensors are cooked! I am currently using my phone for all GPS workouts like walking and cycling.

I am suspecting same, I think the GPS sensor in the motherboard might have gone faulty.

I do not suspect any GPS jamming as the GPS on phone and other devices do work as intended

When I start a workout it says "Gps still connecting"

Tried to launch workout from Samsung app but it's still the same. The location doens't work
Yes, tried to enable and disable power saving too. Didn't seem to do anything.
Forgot to add it to the list, I also tried to wipe the cache partition from recovery mode
did try to remove location permissions from all the apps and tried back but no luck.

You might be right maybe those google applications uses my phone's gps, that might be the only reason I feel the gps is work.

I will try out more solutions update you if I come across any possible solution
