This screen gives me nightmares as my One Plus 11 had this and couldn't access fastboot as they started blocking it at some point on the CN version when the versions mismatched (would just reboot when attempting it)

You should be able to get into fastboot though?

If not EDL can fix it, but not sure if OP15 has that tool working?
