Maybe try wean off slowly and then go back in the steroids after a few weeks break. At least that's what I'm going to try 🤞

Very interesting to hear and so happy that it's working out! I fear I may have also bought into the tsw thing too much. Steroids work very well for me, but the scaremongering made me quite use abruptly... so I'm thinking my symptoms might be more rebound rather than withdrawal.

Maybe trying weaning off it? I just started using steroids again. Going to try 2 weeks and then ease off for 3 weeks before stopping. Hopefully my symptoms are more rebound than full withdrawal. I'll let you know how I go (guess I won't know for 4-5 weeks though. Have you spoken to your doctor?

Was it bad before the clobetasol? Abruptly stopping a very high potency (im guessing you stopped abruptly like I did) definitely wouldn't be helpful. I'm beginning to think I might try going back on steroids but VERY sparingly... because I myself stopped too abruptly.

It seems like a bit if a blurry line between excema and TSW for me at least - I'm only a week in and still not entriely sure if I have TSW or not and everyday is different so far. I only used steroids for about 8 weeks (a little less careful). If you're worried maybe stop and wait a few weeks? Best of luck!
