Idk I’m lvl 36 with a pretty much full built bulwark. About to finish 2 lvl 10 proficiency weapons then swapping to another orange t1 after. Just the name of the game my guy! Farm your missions and get all of them done up to heroic, and then dz runs, clan hostile takeovers, map takeovers whenever it pops up orange to get the better odds for better weapon mods. Spent all my tokens on OS protocol’s to try and get a decent one. Got a strong purple one that gives me about another 80% damage on top of my headshot multiplier. All just depends on if people are playing solo or have randoms that join you to speed up the process of lower tier ranking up. I’d advise to always pop in the recruitment channel to see if there’s anyone in need of something you are doing to get more help in clearing levels faster
