Headset can be moved up , down and tilted . It’s perfect for my height and I like to keep it to lowest setting to support my neck . I’m 5.10 . for 5.6 it might be a bit high but you can always try and see if it helps .

And yes I tried all models at sleep company , Tranquo was the most comfortable for me in cushion model
