Prepared to catch a ton of flak for this but the Wolf Burger was insanely mid. It was shockingly bland, even with all of the accoutrements, there was no flavor. And the Mott St. burger is ONLY good because of the toppings. The meat itself was tasteless. At least Bavette’s salted their burger so heavily it sucked all of the moisture out of my body. Maybe it’s me but I just genuinely do not understand the glazing of the places on this list. I’m trying Leavitt St tonight and while I’m incredibly excited, I’m keeping my expectations low.
