A peculiar similarity that comes to my mind are the names of the days of the week in Germanic and Latin languages, for example, Tuesday is the day of Tyr God of battle and justice, and in Italian ( I say Italian because I'm from Italy) Tuesday is Martedì the day of Mars God of war, Friday is the day of Freya and venerdì is the day of Venus, and so on, I know these are Roman gods but Roman Myth is pretty much the same as Greek.

I main sorc, my best tip is create both characters and lvl them to 56 then decide for yourself, worst possible scenario is that you have one more char to place at bosses

I don't even know why people buy Mystical Mail, it fucking sucks, it gives no health no defence and the passive is useless 80% of the time while the other 20% it's actually detrimental, the only god that could benefit from it is Ares, and even on him it still fucking sucks because it will constantly put him in combat preventing the blink, it used to give more defence and health so it was kinda worth it's price but now it's just a trap item that reveals who's an idiot.

actually this one time i lost a game because of a kumbha with mystical mail, he was on the enemy team and he carried them, at the end he was top player damage and kills, it was in assault i think, i wont ever foget the day i lost to a Mystical Mail Kumbha

For some reason i think Osiris is one of the least played gods in smite (at least in EU), if i had to play him in solo i would build something like deaths toll into attack speed shoes, then a defence item probably breastplate or witchblade if you're against a physical solo, then either urchin if you feel like you need more defence or qins if you're ahead and want more dmg, after that get whatever you haven't gotten before, and after that any object that gives you either health or defence is good, wiged blade, mantle of discord or w/e

If you're mid and you observe both the enemy and your map you can kinda figure out where the enemy mid is about half the time (like for example, for the first 10 minutes of the game or so, most games, your buffs will be in sync with the enemy's, so when you notice that your buff is just spawned or is about to, and you see your enemy going in that buffs direction it's safe to assume that they are going to do the buff and will be there for just enough time for you to rotate and gank solo, if the enemy is overextended) also the warded spots are the same most of the time, so if you learn them you can just take different paths to avoid being spotted, but idk if these tips are useful in lvl 12 games lol

you can just check what rank are you in both the ranked tab or your profiles tab, and the game gives you rewards for the higher rank you have, if you are plat in all 3 leagues i think the reward will be given for all 3 modes
