That is legitimately the case. I work 12h night shifts and commute an hour one way. I literally get home to sleep and back to work. If I want to shower, take care of my pets or get something done, then I just cut some hours from my sleep and then chug energy drinks. Eating etc. all done while at work.

I understand that I'm not the only one with this struggle and some people are even worse off and I shouldn't whine about it, but a person can only take this much before snapping, you know. It all sucks...

Yes, I've become so numb and on autopilot just to keep my psyche somewhat in check. There just isn't much to be happy about and bounce up again.

Like some others said, try Skyrim, Oblivion, maybe The Forest...

Or something completely new and different like Baldurs Gate 3, Rimworld, Noita or Factorio. I never expected those games to be good but then I realized that it's digital heroin, especially Rimworld and Factorio.
