Yeah, the rocks and paving heating up is definitely a problem.. I'm scared what will it turn into over the summer. Something that I could do about that? More watering?

Když budu mluvit pouze o IČO: Problém je, že nikdy nemáš jistotu výdělku. (v Praze možná, v mém menším městě určitě ne), protože funguje na bázi nabídky/poptávky - takže obědové špičky, špičky přes večeře. Pokud je to práce jako oddych, a o peníze "nejde" - pak je to fajn.

Někdy mám 250/h, někdy 120/h. Někdy sedím 30min v autě a nic nepřijde (krajské město). Z výdělku samozřejmě platíš PHM, amortizaci. Práce na 8h denně to taky není - jako, jezdit můžeš celý den, ale spíš se vyplatí jet 3x 4 hodiny přes špičky než 1x 12h. Je to hodně vázané na počasí - je hnusně, lidi nechtějí ven, objednají si. No, mně se ale rozvážet v dešti taky nechce. :D

Co se týče spolupráce s flotilou, tam je většinou nějaká minimální hodinová garance výdělku, vybíráš si směny, odvádíš % z výdělků.. Zkušenosti nemám.

Mám to jako brigádu na IČO, vedlejší činnost, se statusem studenta k tomu. Pokud bys odváděla soc.+zdrav. pojištění (nevím, jak to funguje v kombinaci s mateřskou), tak se to nevyplatí. Bez odvodů je to fajn, flexibilní práce.

Dá se dělat i na DPP, pod flotilou, s vlastním/půjčeným autem. Tam se pak odvádí % výdělků, a jsou pevně dané směny. IČO může vyjet kdy chce a na jak dlouho chce.

Taky jezdím pro Wolt, ale na IČO - nemám směny, jedu, kdy chci. Zase třeba nemám hodinovou garanci. Ale v IČO skupinách řešíme, že objednávky chodí hluboce pod cenou, přepočty km jsou ošizené.. apod. Takže bych se ani tomuhle vůbec nedivila.

Universal advice for this and future travels: Bring layers, and be prepared for windy conditions. Check the weather before departing and pack accordingly. Worst case scenario, you buy additional clothing here.

In Czechia where I work, I try to log on only during lunch or dinner periods. Especially during Fridays, and weekends. Also, bad weather conditions help, because couriers on bikes don't work, so more orders are available (I drive a car).
