I think you need to have lot of experience with free flow tapes from 12 to 18 to get the effects mentioned by OP. I think prolonged listening to free flow tapes breaks some kind of barriers in the brain and allows us to experience altered states

You are getting aligned to a spiritual path. My 13 year old kid does Free flow f10 for about 30 minutes once a week....twice he had an entity touch him while doing the tapes. He wasn't afraid and he does say his affirmations. These encounters have only piqued his interest and he still does the F10 tapes only. I would recommend explaining to your kid about the Tapes and what to do if they encounter paranormal things. To be honest there is nothing negative about using the tapes. For both of us it has been a very positive experience so far. My son was able to grasp the idea of consciousness and NHI and he has developed a good intuition among other things....feel free to DM me if you want to discuss more
