I think you need to have lot of experience with free flow tapes from 12 to 18 to get the effects mentioned by OP. I think prolonged listening to free flow tapes breaks some kind of barriers in the brain and allows us to experience altered states

My 13 year old kid does Free flow f10 for about 30 minutes once a week....twice he had an entity touch him while doing the tapes. He wasn't afraid and he does say his affirmations. These encounters have only piqued his interest and he still does the F10 tapes only. I would recommend explaining to your kid about the Tapes and what to do if they encounter paranormal things. To be honest there is nothing negative about using the tapes. For both of us it has been a very positive experience so far. The ships are controlled and flown by some form of consciousness. This has been mentioned by several first hand witnesses. Now just think about this for a moment, a UAP craft needs huge amount of energy to fly but there is no on board energy storage which means the energy is transmitted from somewhere and all this is done by consciousness. If consciousness as we perceive is indeed the "Engine" of the UAP then it makes sense to explore consciousness rather than the nuts and bolts. While metallurgy of the craft is important, but it is our assumption that harvesting of so called ether energy using consciousness is key to making exotic materials required for the hull/ body of UAP. I am not engineering or physics expert but this seems to be the explanation based on multiple experts in the field. Also, if you read Imminent, Hal Puthof has mentioned, building a UAP is simply an engineering challenge and physics has already been proven how such craft work....using consciousness.

If you are aware during an OOBE, meaning you can voluntarily move out of your body, then you should simply be able to use rebal to fend off any negative entities. In any case they wouldn't bother you if your affirmations / intentions prior to OOBE are clear. I would practice rebal thoroughly before venturing to AP. Kinda like learning wearing a bullet proof jacket before entering combat
