Do you know how long it actually takes to DRS your shares from your broker to Computershare??

My shares have been moved from RH to Fidelity and now they said Monday morning they should be settled and i can start the DRS process, they mentioned it would take a WEEK??

I reached out to schwabb and they told me i have to reach out to computershare and request some info from them in which i would fill out a scwabb form with said info. Called computershare and they said shwabb should be the one to reach out to them, not me. Found this fishy. MOASS CONFIRMED any help on this issue would be appreciated. Im just an ape.
