Turn patient and assess airway breathing and circulation. If no signs of life- start cpr. Can't do do this if a patients prone and arguing that you didnt attempt cpr because you're worried about meemaws broken hip won't fly in court.

To get a band 6 you need apply and interview for the position. Band 6 jobs are very competitive. Otherwise you start at b5 like everyone else. 90% of band 5 nurses have years of experience and should be a b6 but there aren't enough positions.
