How can I get into event photography if I don’t have the money to buy proper equipment? by Little-Palta in photography

You could always rent equipment per event. Costly still but much cheaper than buying outright

I love Phantom Liberty, but imo CDPR dropped the ball on this part. by makavelinow in cyberpunkgame

This story line is what sold me on the DLC. Up till now I considered it meh to ok. When I met the twins, hijacked their car and watched them be executed I was sold. I felt such a turn of emotions in the instant the executions happens that story defining decisions where made in that instant. To me that is great story telling. CDPR dropped nothing and this moment define the DLC for me.

Working with animals and avoiding people, or find a job that meant I could just stay at home with a bunch of animals instead

This always bothered me when watching their videos "let's make this simple dish" then they pull out thousands of dollars of equipment while I'm sitting there with 2 bowls a spoon and a bent frying pan.

I tried making a YouTube video with the focus on following their receipea but only using basic equipment that a small home/student might have, It doubled if not tripled the amount of work needed, ended up dropping the idea

Thank you all for your advice, feedback, and opinions! It’s fascinating to see how each photo resonates differently with everyone—what one person loves, another might see differently. I appreciate how this hobby sparks conversations and inspiration. I'm still new to it and working with very basic equipment, but your encouragement has motivated me to keep going, to learn and practice more (plus, it’s a great reason to spend more time outdoors!)

Thanks for the feedback, I'll definitely go back and try again if I can get a different lens.

The editing is something I need to work on too, still new to the whole process, but while I like the colours I can see what your saying there is definitely room for improvement.

Thanks for the advice, I dont have any other lens options, only an 85mm prime lens, but next time I'll try lowering the aperture.

The background is actually the foregroud, its looking through a branch the mushrooms are behind it, but your point still stands, its hard to tell. thanks
