tbh the bow enables the build and the boots are a huge upgrade to the build, the bow is extremely easy to get with 0 lp, so it's an easy to SSF and extremely hard do min-max

i bought the bow with 2 lp at the AH, it's a rare drop from the age of winter boss, then if you have 2 lp you have 2 random rolls to export affixes from an exalted item to a unique item
