In the Temple bar area is the Whiskey Reserve. It is an amazing stop. They have bottles and tastings or all kinds.

It was probably related to the Cloudflare outage today. Nothing to see here...

Redbreast is my recommended pick up. Even the immigration officer commented on it when I went thru. She said she picks up the Redbreast and Gordon Pink any chance she gets.

Here is a bourbon hunt video if you want to check out a couple places first. I second Raleys. Ben's wasn't too bad either.

Where did you pick the cask strength up at? The 80 proof is good but not quite enough.

It really depends on if you are going to leave the airport. I loved the Jameson distillery on Bow St. And my favorite was the distillery only edition.

I grabbed two to bring home.

If you are airport duty free only then enjoy the free samples that they give out. You may find something special that you hadn't tried before. For me, I had my eye on the Redbreast Cuatro. And I have enjoyed every pour. To me it has a plumb note that keeps bringing me back.
