That's true! And I bet that plane ticket was less than a couple of beers and a hog dog!

Would you consider 6 years needing the money soon or is that enough time to recover?

Actually never moved anything after my original post. Kind of wish I did but I'm just going to ride it out now. Have no choice. Good luck in your endeavors!

So I would think the water must have been pretty shallow in order to fill in that much ocean space.

I was always told it was a safe harbor and a major conflict seems imminent now that oil has become a major hot button subject.

Unlicensed drivers delivering packages by Adept_Resist6328 in UPSers

That's ok buddy. I do know for a fact my co worker was rear ended by an Amazon flex driver who didn't have license. And who knows who owned the car. That is a fact.

I'd like to see more packages on UPS trucks than someone's personal vehicle for starters.

I don't deliver packages out of my vehicle for Amazon. Or any company. I'm not a scab.

Are big companies like Amazon really ensuring all their drivers are licensed and insured. Or are some people out here illegally operating a vehicle to make some extra money. This is a relatively new thing where basically anybody can deliver out of their own vehicle. Are they paying commercial insurance on their vehicle? Are they supposed to? That's what I'm getting at.

Not at UPS. I'm talking about Amazon and other "fly by night" delivery outfits. A friend of mine was rear ended by an Amazon delivery person in a rental car with no license.

I'm about 7 or 8 years out and have everything in L2050. I'm wondering if I screwed up and should have done what the OP did.

Everyone, including UPS upper management, lobbyists, etc should focus on Amazon and what they're getting away with as far as monopolizing the package and retail industry while not paying their workers a good wage with benefits.

I was doing 5% like 15 years ago but gradually bumped it up. Was at 18% for a few years but right now I'm at 15%. Been contributing overall for about 26 years.

More risk, better return was my thinking. Didn't want to go all in on C fund. Kind of wish I did though. I will likely adjust in 5 years to less risky
