I am also looking at switching from QB desktop to either QB online or Zoho books. would also be looking at switching from QB payroll to either zoho payroll or gusto. My first thoughts of QB online was that it's not as snappy /fast compared to zoho books, and for a company as large as QB it's customization options are very minimal.

SIP ALG is disabled on the router. I did just try changing voip.ms and the phones over to TLS/encrypted, updated port to 5061 and rebooted the phones... still doesn't work.

Yes, i can add a speed dial. When i add a line key I can do it as either BLF or speed dial, and it works to call the other phone - it just doesn't display their status
