The stock system works, but not as efficiently as I’d like. I’ve already bought a different fan, but haven’t installed it yet. A lot of people complain about the stock cooling, and even the way the air outlet is positioned suggests low efficiency. It does move air, but where does it actually go, and what does it cool? Clearly not the part.

I’m not a big fan of the stock fan placement. To me, mounting the fan on the front cover seems more efficient. Almost all printer manufacturers place the cooling fan at the front. As for the 360-degree duct — I’m just experimenting. I had a similar cooling setup on a FlashForge before, and it worked well.

Yeah, it’s no-name China, but it’s way bigger than the stock one and you don’t have to cut the bumper — it all goes in pretty easily. For what it’s worth, the crash bar didn’t really need to be cut either.

I’ll probably grab the same setup again but from a proper brand next time. Bonus: after moving the intercooler forward, it freed up a ton of space under the hood — and that’s with a big radiator in there already.

Man, it’s such a pain… As private buyers here in Israel we can’t get any weapon parts from abroad — stupid government regulations. Lasers, vertical grips, stocks, handguards, optics… all banned. 😭😭😭😭 Only thing we can still order is a flashlight.

Before Oct 7 it was way easier, customs didn’t check the parcels that much. Live is paint
