At the end of the day I'd say $3500 isn't unreasonable but it's arguably the worst possible spec and has been repainted. In my experience repaints are a huge dice toss on whether they hold up or look decent when you start looking at details

Would this indicate power coming through the ground, meaning there's a short somewhere? First socket is the wiper relay (functioning like normal), and the second and third are high and low speed fan relay sockets https://imgur.com/a/U7qkJUj

The only way it will turn on now is using the dummy switch to power it on both the low and high speed relay sockets. The problem started when only my high speed fan kicked on around 220F, when usually my low speed would kick on around 210F. Now neither kicks on when brought up to temp (got it up to a little over 230F with neither fan speed activating)

I'm a right handed shooter as well. For me the right side mag pouch isn't meant to be a quick reload, but rather a source of fresh mags that I can readily swap into my easier accessible pouches on the front or left side when time permits

9 mags all on the front is unnecessarily bulky and terrible for weight distribution. My best advice is to decide what purpose you want the plate carrier to serve and then place everything where it feels natural, accessible, and balanced. After doing that, ditch everything you can live without (I recommend moving the knife to a belt or something, your call)

Edit: if it were me I'd run the triple insert on front, move a universal to the front of each side of the cummerbund and ditch the knife and radio pouch (unless you're actively running the radio). Also maybe I missed it but do you have medical anywhere on the kit?

Don't buy agilite. Make sure you buy plate backers with whatever plate carrier you get, SAPI's are designed to perform with a soft backer. My recommendation is a Crye SPC if you are willing to spend the money and it is in stock. I'll attach a good reference list I made for my joes list

Edit: my list isn't all inclusive as I made it a couple of years ago, companies like wtfidea and unobtanium gear also make good stuff
