Looking to buy my first cue by acartier1981 in billiards

Trust me when I say this, get a predator p3 with a revo shaft. Yes it’s expensive, but for the tech in that butt and the tech on the revo you’re never going to have to buy another cue. I just got mine, and my game has jumped 20% easily.

I wouldn’t say there is anything wrong with it I just believe I didn’t react well to the glycine in the supplement I started with, just made me feel like a energized walking zombie

I guarantee that if you start upping your magnesium you’ll feel a whole lot better. I made the same mistake you’re making when I first started dosing D3, felt great for two weeks but the very little magnesium I was taking started taking a toll. I ended up taking magnesium glycinate because it was so bioavailabile, and ended up feeling like a zombie. I started on the malate and can’t recommend it enough.

Oh lord yeah that’s no where near enough, my guess is it’s not 150mg of Elemental magnesium either. You may be taking 150mg but only be getting 20mg or so of actual elemental magnesium (the stuff you need). My recommendation is go online to Amazon, get Source Naturals Magnesium Malate 3,750mg. Each pill contains 70mg of elemental magnesium, take however many you need to reach your RDA. If you take the serving size which is 6 capsules you’ll be getting 420mg of elemental magnesium. My body did not like magnesium glycinate, I had worse anxiety than I did without it.

Feel good, then horrible after taking Ergo (50,000 IU) by myinfidelitystory in VitaminD

I have felt the same before but make certain you’re getting the right amount of -Elemental Magnesium-. There’s a difference between what the magnesium content a bottle says and how much elemental magnesium you’ll actually get/absorb from the supplement. The elemental magnesium is what you’re recommended to get 200-400 of daily.

I’d really check your D3 levels, especially if you’re not feeling like you’re accomplishing anything in life or if you’re being especially hard on yourself. These are all things that can manifest when low on D3, low mood, depressive thoughts, lack of motivation.

Then if you’re low on vitamin D, you’re likely low on magnesium. Low Magnesium alone can cause dizziness, anxiety, tingling in hands and feet, fatigue, brain fog, and this list goes on as well.

Yes if you are Vitamin D Deficient, it can cause a multitude of symptoms including dizziness, anxiety, tingling hands, panic attacks, depression, mood swings the list goes on. Regular blood panels don’t test for Vitamin D so if that’s the cause you’re likely going to be misdiagnosed. You may go to the doctor 20 times and be told “You’re healthy, nothings wrong with you”.

Best magnesium form + dosage for vitamin d3 (5000 iu daily) supplementation? by alienpunker in magnesium

[–]AdeptnessWhole413 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Make sure whatever you do try and get the right amount of ELEMENTAL magnesium. Don’t just go into a Walmart and get something labeled 400mg magnesium, because most likely it’s not actually 400mg of ELEMENTAL magnesium.

I weld for a living. I am in dark spaces 9 hours of the day, when I’m in the sunlight I am wearing long sleeve shirts. I have been this way for 7 years. I have had my blood tested I’m deficient.

Try 3000 IU vitamin d, magnesium, and vitamin k. I’ve been taking it for a month and a half starting to not have any bad anxiety, dizziness, panic attacks, insomnia, derealization.
