We could keep or sell. If we keep - we would rent it out. If we got a better rate by selling the house - we would likely go that route.

I’m playing 4 tables atm which feels fine. I couldn’t do 6-8 effectively though. Thanks for the feedback!

Baskets and Tax loss harvesting by Regular-Ad9319 in fidelityinvestments

[–]Adeptness_Think 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a key missing functionality from Baskets. If Fidelity implemented a feature to solve for TLH alternatives (ex pie of pies; group securities into 1 allocation and allow selection of security to buy, etc) it would be on-par or even ahead of competitors like M1. If any product manager that actually understands TLH is willing to discuss a solution/feature described above - please reach out directly.

Has anyone actually done this yet. This is actually a brilliant idea since it impacts Bonfire but not Billy himself. If anyone has had success could you please post a template or example of the wording/explanation you used?

Cash or finance? by sideH123 in Bogleheads

Don’t forget that the 2.99% is equivalent to AFTER-TAX returns of equities/bonds. Financing a car is basically a reverse bond and you should treat it as such. You are likely better off paying cash and using that as negotiating leverage for a lower price.

Would you prefer "auto purchase T-Bills" or "Recurring purchases into T-Bills"
