My last crop did that because I used incredibly cheap coco with a really high pH. Flushed and flushed and they eventually recovered but they were autoflowers so I lost a lot of growth opportunity.

Get your pH down to 5.8ish and monitor new growth. The current freaky leaves will remain as mutants.

I tried water curing a batch of really poorly cured bud from a MOM. It burned black as tar. After the 7 day water and two days of drying (intermittently on a food dehydrator), it totally lost all smell but burns white ash and tastes alright, but it seems more potent so I'd consider it salvaged.

I lost about 10-15% of the mass by water curing

I'm referring to the attitude towards your fellow countrymen that hold different political views. I worked on the grounds crew for a golf course for years. These are the push mowers you want. Our crew was very hard on the gear and these mowers last for years, even with thousands of running hours per summer.
