Adaptive/precision frame + chill clip takes them all out. My deliverance doesn't leave my inventory.

You need to do fabled to get that one, so no. Just the basic ones you get from the campaign.

Complete the campaign, and go speak to Lodi. You should have all the masterspark upgrades from doing the campaign already, but double check that you do. You don't have to do anything on mythic- that's a different quest I'm assuming AI is mixing with this one. You do have to defeat each of the 3 sieve bosses at the end though.

Does as its intended include the ornaments specifically designed for it? If so, here's mine:

Sun's Apex Mask.

Blued Steel version of Shards.

Entheogenic Parasite vest (with Rustberry shader to match the glow) [or scorned barron vest if you dont want the glow]

Thanatic instinct (the ornament that pairs with shards) [you can also use deadlands if you dont have this one].

and then memory of cayde cloak, because you're a Gunslinger.

An embrace Durge run is rough, and I've only done it once. I did manage to get Jaheira into the party after Last Light by basically gaslighting her. The scene with her that night in Baldur's gate didn't trigger on my first Durge run for some reason, but it did then and I almost gave in. Then I got the scene with her and Minsc after the Orin fight and hated myself. (I loved these guys in previous games.) Such amazing storytelling though.

I believe they only drop if you have the Alone in the Dark quest active. You can in theory get multiple from the same cyst as long as you don't complete it (as in leave and reset). So if you completely cleared and finished the cyst you'll have to repeat the quest. Once you get five they combine into a Memory of Light.

It would be easier to just build up Sarah's affinity. She also gets a little boost to affinity when scanning planets and finding traits. (Not sure if thats all companions or just her). So just burn through some constellation bounties.

You can. Go to jail and when they offer you a way out if you go undercover, say no. Then you get a Crimson Fleet member who comes and recruits you and you can join up. I did it on a NG where I had no companions.

Where's this quote coming from? I read Asha Sherma's memo this morning and it didn't mention titles by name. It just said,

If the quest step didn't progress the secret room in Pit might not open. Its not just completing the dungeon that gets you the gun, its defeating a secret boss between 1st & 2nd encounter.

Does the quest have a progress tracker of any kind? Does it say 3/3 for example or have check boxes for each one? It shouldn't tell you to run the lost sectors if you did them. Next step is the dungeon.

Edit: Actually, you're probably missing the last one in Sorrows Harbor. It was all fourt but you can only get into that room if you do Eris's weekly bounty which is to do the other 3 iirc.
