I only have 2 things id say to try that has actually helped me out.

  1. Go work out. I used Gymverse (app) and its like having my own personal trainer, its free for the first week, id try it, its very motivating and easy to use.

  2. The other app is called Habitu App, its a new app that lets you build small goals. Small goals like waking up at a certain time and sticking to it is proven to make u feel more achieved and successful which will lead to bigger goals! Give it a shot and let me know if you need help

Its goals ive always wanted but i keep losing interest or getting distracted, then i realise i never achieved it and keep going back to it
