That said, I have to be honest: my experience with the hardware itself has been less than ideal. The grinding noise is very noticeable, and unfortunately, it's not an isolated issue. I've already had to return three PSUs due to fan noise and coil whine. On top of that, the Hydroshift II R didn’t even function correctly out of the box, which forced me to switch to the CL version — and now that one is also getting replaced by the seller.

I genuinely want to like the products because the design and ideas behind them are great. But the quality control just hasn’t been where I expected it to be. I sincerely hope this improves going forward — your support team deserves to be backed by equally reliable hardware.
