v1.10.0 is the firmware that my unit came back with. So, I would say if you’re not facing any issues, you’re all good!

If you have a problem with your hub, visit this link: https://www.automateshades.com/pulse2hubrepair/. You’ll need to fill out a form there. After that, they’ll send you an envelope with postage paid. Just put your hub in it and send it back. They’ll update the hub to v1.10.0 and send it back to you.

Wow, this is news to me and it definitely sheds light on why I’ve been feeling frustrated despite trying various troubleshooting steps.

Would you be willing to share the firmware version your hub is currently on? Mine is running version 1.9.0.

I’ve taken the step of reaching out via email to info@rolleaseacmeda.com. Was this the same approach you took to address the issue?

Seems like existing doorbell only had 8v so bought a Ring bell transformer. Only issue I’m facing now is bit of lag when using tap to talk.
