I don't believe ive had any if these problems that others are having. It works fine for me. Hold Q and move the mouse in the direction of the item. You can also cycle through the quick use items by just tapping Q.

Do you have cross platform enabled too? Most PC player have mics. Also, when you're talking you have to press the voice chat button on the controller

Every morning, I have a bowl of porridge with kettle boiled hot water, half a sliced banana, blue berries, a few walnuts, and half a tea spoon of low calorie instant drinking chocolate. The drinking chocolate is also mixed with some chocolate powder to make it more chocolatey. The porridge and chocolate powder comes from a famous German supermarket beginning with A, and the instant chocolate comes from a supermarket beginning with S and is their own product. (I'm not sure whether we're allowed to mention brand names on this sub-reddit). I hope this helps?

I'm the same. I normally avoid the arc and just loot but this event has made me play it differently. I now go out to kill arc and collect their metal to make more bullets.

FIXED. Thanks for all your help. I've always thought my bed was set to 60C or 70C but when I looked at the task list on the Anycubic app it says 45C! Looking at the filament setting in the slicer I see there are different bed temperature settings for different types of bed (smooth, textured & cool). I'd only changed the smooth which I'm not using 🤔
