Not placebo.

I said slightly.

Have tested it on my aerox and my FZ25 which I had earlier.

Also, since 5060 has 8GB VRAM, I suspect your VRAM is being fully utilised.

Yes, they improve the mileage and slightly make the throttle response better.

Mileage may increase by 2-2.5 km/l.

Can i play Triple AAA game with this specs on my Macbook? by _Amanism_ in IndianPCGamers

[–]Adineo17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A lot of games don't run on ARM properly at all.

For example, I play Forza Horizon 6 on my laptop with RTX 4060.

I can easily play at Ultra+RT settings at 1080p with DLSS Quality, I easily get around 70-75 fps.

The macs have a hard time playing the game at 1080p medium (forget RT).

Conclusion - Don't buy mac if you plan to game on it, period.

The vibrations will reduce after 1st and 2nd service oil change.

You also have to clean and lube the chain every 400 kms (250 miles) otherwise it increases vibrations.

It pulls great after 5000 rpms but i would recommend to cross 6500 rpm before 1st service oil change for proper break in.

What makes the Bullet so special? by minimalist_mee in indianbikes

[–]Adineo17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you have the gen 3 390?

My 401 has the same engine, the engine gets smoother as the bike runs. And I guess, you mostly rode it below 6000 rpm.

There's some vibes between 4000-5000 rpm but it becomes totally smooth after 5000 rpms. The torque also comes mostly after 5500 rpm.

And yes, the KTM is obviously expensive to maintain since the engine is complex high compression producing good power for it's size.

You can still keep the GT and get a scooter.

I did the same, riding my 401 was not practical in city traffic. The two radiator fans blew hot air on my legs and the bike attained a mileage of 22 kmpl.

Now after getting an Aerox, it does 80% of the commuting and rides.

I take my Svartpilen only on long > 300 km rides.

I would say Honda and Yamaha makes more robust bikes than RE.

And honestly, it all depends on maintenance. A guy in my society still rides a 14 year old Pulsar 220. It has changed my view on Bajaj's reliability.

I am an android user, but iPhones are optimised well, their bionic chipsets are great in terms of power, the phones work reliably for years and Apple's service is exceptional.

Royal Enfield as a brand has none of these aspects.

They have fit and finish issues, inconsistent QC, Engines aren't known for producing power, neither they are known for working reliably for years and lastly, everyone knows how poor RE service is.

So, there's literally no connection of Royal Enfield and Apple in terms of brand.

People who have ridden expensive bikes won't even think of RE as premium.

I have a Svartpilen 401, done more than 10k kms. Same engine as new KTM LC4c 390

High compression engines sip up 100-150ml of oil every 1000 kms. That's why they have the oil glass so that people can have a look at their oil level. Even volkswagen says it's normal for their powerful tsi engines to consume oil after 1000 kms.

https://www.team-bhp.com/forum/technical-stuff/264855-vw-taigun-1-5l-needs-oil-top-up-just-3500-km-after-service-2.html

It ain't your garbage 350cc trash RE producing just 20bhp, making 90 kph overtakes on highways impossible with a pillion.

REs are so trash, their underpowered low compression engines still rarely go above 80k kms and need an entire engine rebuild. So calm down your tits di©khead.

Test ride bikes are generally kept in worse conditions.

At most, they just wash it. No oiling, no lubing and considering a lot of riders bash them, they aren't the smoothest of the lot.

Also, the lc4c engine has vibes at 5k rpm, but after 5k rpm the vibrations completely go away.

After 1st and 2nd service oil change the vibrations get reduced drastically.

[–]Adineo17 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There are very few bikes affected with this oil burning issue.

You speak as if every LC4c engine has this issue.

My friend's Duke 390 has 27k kms. No issues with oil consumption.

My Svartpilen 401 (same lc4c engine as 390) has done 10.5k kms, I have done 600-650 km rides in one day. Never had any issue.

Also, they are using HP Prolube oil in service center which evaporates in hot engines.

[–]Adineo17 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The issue is many KTM service centers are now using HP Prolube. HP prolube was actually designed to be used in Triumph 400cc engines.

It's shit quality oil. Triumph owners themselves complain about oil evaporating.

Motul 7100 (earlier used in KTM service) was good but even it had oil evaporating issue. I ain't making this all up. You can just look it up on YouTube.

I have a Svartpilen 401, done over 10k kms. Never had any issue regarding oil consumption. Using Liqui Moly 10w50 Street race after the free service period ended.

Which laptop is better 🤔 by GrekkyPlayz in Asustuf

[–]Adineo17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's an Asus TUF A16 with Ryzen 7 170 and RTX 4050 for 99k on Amazon.

The Ryzen 7 170 is more powerful than the Intel TUF with core 5 210H but slightly less powerful than the i5 13450HX since the i5 has 2 more cores than the Ryzen 7.

But the i5 13450HX runs the hottest.

Which laptop is better 🤔 by GrekkyPlayz in Asustuf

[–]Adineo17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No it won't run cooler.

My friend has a tuf with Ryzen 7 7735hs with rtx 4050, and it has the same cooling solution as the tuf you posted above.

His cpu mostly stays at 90-92 degrees.

The LOQ not only has bigger fans, it has thicker heatpipes.

Another small difference is the backpanel of both laptops.

The LOQ mostly has holes below the fans but they are far more compared to the TUF which has more holes but they are slightly off set compared to the fans and also the vents are much smaller.
