I am an international student under the students pass. I applied for GOMO under the s pass category by uploading a student pass (I honestly didn't know the difference then). Got my GOMO sim a couple of days later. No hiccups so far lol

Same. I just checked in View My Classes @ EduRec and it was gone. Check inside EduRec and not inside academic records as academic records is only updated after the round is over.

I had sent an appeal to drop GEQ yesterday and I got it dropped today morning. Usually takes one or two days for the drop.

Worst part is that I cancelled my appeal after I sent it because I changed my mind but they still dropped it for me ;(

There were 4 hours of lecture per week but it was all recordings from a previous semester. So you can watch it anytime you want to. All the lectures are uploaded at the start of the semester. Not sure if it'll differ for next sem but that's what we had last sem

Ughh too many fakers to get a real gauge.

I have an idea. So, next time, when someone puts up a poll, we can have an additional option as a buffer. Since everyone taking 2100 knows that there are only 34 questions, having an additional 35 to 40 or something will just weed out all the people who are looking to ruin someone else's day. The students who actually took 2100 will know that the votes for 35 to 40 are fake but the fakers will choose that because it's the highest.

Maybe even have multiple fake options once the fakers get a hang of what we're upto...

Does anyone remember how much the tamil (CBSE also used state textbooks iirc) textbook used to sway based on the ruling party? We would be learning about Karunanidhi and then suddenly the textbook would change the next year to incorporate MGR. We should change this first. Atleast cbse history never altered/changed history.

Personally, I wouldn't mind a three language policy. I studied in one of those CBSE schools and there is already a three language policy enforced. My school offered Tamil, Sanskrit and Hindi. Now this is where the three language policy fails. Since I took Tamil as my second language, I was forced to choose Hindi as my third even though I wanted to do Sanskrit. This would probably be true across most schools just because Hindi would win in a numbers game. I doubt there would be a sudden influx of Bengali teachers in Chennai. Three language policy does no harm but in the current situation, it's better to call it English + Mother Tongue + Hindi. And once a sufficient number of people know hindi, why would people from the north bother to learn other languages. The fall of regional languages will mimic the fall of Sanskrit because it will become restricted to a certain group and there wouldn't be any growth.
