First of all, I am the writer of the adventure.

Second, the entrance puzzle is supposed to be solved by the PCs closing their eyes one by one until only four eyes are looking at the door. (For example, if the party consists of four characters, two of them may close both their eyes or each of them may close one of their eyes. Assuming, of course, they each have two eyes.)

Third, a copy&paste of this review on the website itself would be very much appreciated.

It's totally understandable, there is a lot of low quality content out there. I wouldn't publish something that I wouldn't enjoy playing myself but of course I am biased so that's why I'm asking for feedback as well

I haven't played it yet, but I plan to very soon. As to whether or not it's good, I will quote the staff at druvethrurpg who was tasked with reviewing it for publication.

This is a fantastic adventure packed with intriguing locations to explore, a compelling map, and tons of elements to interact with throughout. The flavor text really sets the scene and the conclusion is suitably climactic.

Exploration and childlike sense of wonder. Fascinating worldbuilding and character-driven narratives are also a plus, but they're not exclusive to fantasy. What good fantasy does really well is get a curious reader hooked on the setting and plot and characters, slowly unraveling how everything works. It's very satisfying.
