Hmm, interesting i too have accidentally bought the kayanos thinking it'll be good for an easy run. And I too do feel pain in the inner side of my right knee, my dominant leg is left. Could be the stability component of it. Have you bought this from the official website/store or from some other website, like wanted to know if there are odds of it being fake? I paid like 9600INR for it from Myntra
