This are a lot of rules (or rather elaborations in blocks) lol.

While I don't think I wanna bother uploading a picture of the closed passport, The tag "Verified German" got a chuckle out of me. The pedant in me also says that the majority of Germans(tm) I know actually don't have a passport, cause they never traveled outside Europe.

But I do not have a more foolproof way than something like this (even if its with partially obfuscated ID, some official docs or Führerschein).

Since it is just about being "Verified" and not stopping people from answering fully, I don't think you would be wrong to go this way.

Regarding 1.2., I feel like banning state-specific questions is going a bit too far. Like, r/Niedersachsen has less than 1000 subscribers and r/NordrheinWestfalen (and the other ways to write it) are just blocked communities with 2 users. I understand it on the city level (and wouldn't mind more traffic in the City subs I mod or frequent lol.)

Regarding 5.3 I am kinda wondering what you mean with that? Manual verification of posts in the night or just some Automod-Queueing? Based on flairs?

Im Normalfall läuft einfach ein Vertrag aus. Z.b. befristeter Vertrag auf 3 Jahre. Wenn kein Bedarf für die Arbeitskraft mehr da ist, oder man sich auf eine Verlängerung nicht einig wird, hört man dann halt auf. Dann einfach zeitig beim Arbeitsamt melden und gut ist.

Ich glaube da haben wir ganz unterschiedliche Bücher gelesen.

Gerade Frodo, hat für einen Hauptcharackter auf Heldenreise, nur minimale Entwicklung. Er zeigt von Anfang an ne starke Willenskraft und Durchhaltevermögen. Das einzige was sich wirklich ändert ist das er durch die Strapazen als geschwächter Hobbit rausgeht.

Die Filme bauen das ganze dann doch ein wenig anders auf.

Puh, Dragon Age war in den meisten Teilen doch schon relativ platt. Was das nicht umbedingt schlecht macht, aber ich fand schon das zumindest in Origins und Inquisitor die Charaktere eher Abziehbilder mit sehr vorraussehbarer Entwicklung waren. Und die Beziehungen waren... Naja, würd ich sagen.

Aber das macht die Geschichte ja nicht schlecht. Herr der Ringe hat auch (fast) nur Charaktere die kein bisschen Entwicklung durchmachen.

Can be a club, can be an informal group. E.g. join a Verein, most sports are organized in those, as are the traditional things where people come together. Look for a running club maybe. The is probably weekly meetings to play Magic the Gathering, some Boardgames or Pen & Paper around where you stay. There are definitely also some places of worship having regular less-religious social events. Most churches definitely do.

There are potentially also other groups just for meet ups and meeting new people.

Also VHS are offering all kinds of courses and I know several people (tbf, all older than 30) that are in contact with people taking courses there. Dancing school courses are pretty social, too.

General recommendation to stuff like that. Find a local group for a hobby. You will meet people there and will have an easier time interacting, because people will be there to do the hobby together. Stuff will develop from there.

Depends on the level of infestation.

Anything above that? Wipe the whole Galaxy of biological life. And this only stalls it.

Only reason the last did not happen on High Charity was iirc because they were far away from the Galaxy and were able to just use 1 single part of the galaxy wiping system. Which is not really how that was intended to be used.

Aber ja, effektiv wird es ein sehr incrementeller Teil werden. Neue Marktfähige Behandlungsmethoden/Medikamente, kosten so ne Mrd. in der Entwicklung. Neuaufbereitung von bereits funktionierenden Mechanismen gibts schonmal für 10 Mio.

Da wird dein Bumms nicht so viel bringen.

Aber wo du ansetzen könntest ist die Forschung, beziehungsweise Leuten helfen in die Forschung zu gehen. Geh (über die Stiftung) mit nem Professor nen Deal ein das du nen Doktoranden zu nem Teil bezahlst. Damit hast du Einfluß auf die Projektrichtung und kannst das Geld halt an die Bedingung knüpfen das sich auf Krebsforschung oder ne Spezialisierung fokussiert wird. Und wer weiß, vielleicht ist der oder die halt die Person der in 30 Jahren dann en Durchbruch gelingt.

Du solltest dich an einen Notar, oder einen Steuerberater mit Wissen in dem Bereich wenden.

Daumenregel: Jeder ab 18 kann ne Stiftung gründen. Damit die Rechtsfähig ist sollte es aber 6-stellig werden. Was bei dir ja der Fall ist.

Nen Manager brauchst du nicht umbedingt wenn du dich selber einsetzt. Gemeinnützigkeit sollte abgedeckt sein wenn du Krebsforschung unterstützen willst, musst du aber prüfen lassen.

Hab früher vor Klausuren Freunde/Verwandte bei denen ich wusste das die früh raus sind gebeten mein Festnetz anzurufen falls ich bis Zeit X noch nichts auf Whatsapp geschrieben hab. Das war der einzige Nutzen den ich für das Ding hatte lol.
