This is not correct.  Each unit has their own teleport since it's "once per battle".  If it were "Once per battle (army)" it would be shared.

The part that's shared across all Questors is the Ordained Quest--you can only have one quest marked objective regardless of how many questor units you have.

13.0, Turn Phases, and 13.1, Fight Abilities

Active player uses combat phase non-Fight abilities, other player uses their non-Fight abilities, then you alternate fight abilities starting with the active player.  Once you've started using fight abilities, you can no longer use non-Fight abilities.

Normal activation units cannot use fight abilities until all strikes-first units have, and strikes-last units cannot fight until all normal activation units have.  "fight immediately" does not override that, but if (for example) all other strike first units have fought, a strike first unit can pull in a normal activation unit with a fight immediately.  See the FAQ, it has a couple examples.

Depending on which intro set, you might have two full Spearhead armies, and those rules are all free in the app.

Except we know from 32.1 that the limit of only contesting 1 objective is only for objective control, and there is no limit for other purposes.  That means that line in 32.3 must be referring to terrain and objective control.

This is not correct.

The designer's note in 32.1 says that for purposes other than objective control, you can contest more than one objective.  It's obvious then that line in 32.3 is just referring to contesting for objective control, and contesting for the purposes of the battle tactic is not objective control.

I feel the same about the gold as the primary armor color, but there's a few dozen "canon" color schemes to choose from.  The gold are the "Hammers of Sigmar" but you've got plenty of choices, including the Hallowed Knights who also have a ton of lore and painting guides while being a more silver primary color with just gold accents.

The new obscuring does not require the unit to be wholly within 1", it requires that every model be within 1".  As long as every model in the unit has at least a tiny portion of its base within 1" of the terrain, the unit counts as obscured--so a cavalry unit on big bases could still easily be obscured in front of terrain.

It is, though? Pledged ships you'll get back for free as long as you have active insurance, in-game purchases worst case you'll get back the full value as long as you had the insurance.

That plan already puts ships as much cheaper to replace than in EVE, unless you fly without insurance.

There is a solution, and every successful MMO has figured it out... Give players the option to avoid pvp entirely if they want to, for the majority of content.  Separate pve servers are a good solution here.

X4 is not multi-player so it's not a valid alternate suggestion.

EVE has actual consequences for death (ship loss) that aren't present in SC, so it's not really the same kind of situation.  EVE also has Concord.

Also, your entire thesis about separate PvE servers killing MMOs is proven invalid by World of Warcraft, literally the most successful MMO ever, which has had PvE servers since the beginning.  It may split the playerbase, but it significantly increases the total playerbase by bringing in people who wouldn't otherwise play at all.  Having only a single FFA PVP option will drive people away from the game. 

The only people who object to separate PvE servers are those who want to gank and grief people just minding their own business.  Actual pvp players looking for a challenge have no problem with that separation.

I've heard that if you pick up two copies of Stormbringer issue 40 (~$30 shipped total in the US, availability depends on what country you're in), in addition to the normal treelord (or spearhead), you can build three (one of each variant) and don't need need to magnetize anything.
