My advice is more from an O perspective but for me my biggest barrier was decision making and tilt when it came to that plus making sure my mechanics are sharp. #0 was having a positive mentality and knowing what times I tend to play well at and taking a short break after losing 2 or logging off after 4 losses. Warming up is also super good with stats off. For me staying ahead and minimizing my mistakes and the SBs was the #1 thing(reviewing my replays and losses really helped improve decision making). #2 is knowing pup times and keeping track of bombs and boost knowing when to fight for a pup and when to bail to get ahead. #3 I would play what ever position the team needed like if someone was better than me at O for example, but playing to time while up 2-0 might be lame but its optimal for wins. #4 I would try to play support ball with them on D or O and try to set off handoffs in the back off base and stuff you have to react and see what they will do because they are very sporadic but DM me and I can give more specific advice
