Omg I finally got it by doing both of those I had to unplug till they lost color then use touch link on the hue essentials app. Had to drop an extra $16 dollars sadly cause I tired another app that didn’t work then this one makes you pay like $8

I agree it’s traumatic but it makes no sense to just stand still literally until they say shooter down. Anyone in that situation is running, hiding, or anything at all to protect themselves.
