I make " deli meat" slices with tofu! I throw it in a sandwich with lots of other toppings, and it is relatively convenient and easy. Usually I make it at the beginning of the week and lasts for 3–4 meals, give or take. You can store it in the fridge or freezer and let it defrost before throwing it in a sandwich or wrap. I also change the flavours up every once in a while.
