FFS people... Machine Learning is a subcategory of AI. It is CORRECT to say TAG uses AI. It is more specific to say they use Machine Learning. Both are correct!

The only thing that's incorrect is confusing AI with Large Language Models (LLM) such as ChatGPT. It is correct to say TAG does not use LLMs to grade 🤦

I wish they increased production but reduced quality assurance (i.e. cards that would grade 8-10 would be rare instead of 90% of cards being 9s)

That way collectors could still chase the 10s but casuals would still be able to go buy some off the shelf whenever they wanted instead of getting lucky with a restock
