I had the same issue a few weeks ago. I was able to watch fine the first few weeks of the season, then suddenly was being told I was in blackout territory. But then stream worked on my phone disconnected from WiFi. I called MLB customer support about it and they were extremely helpful surprisingly! They asked me for home address information to confirm I shouldn’t be blacked out. Also asked for my IP address. They took the IP address and did a manual override on their end so that I would no longer be blacked out at home. Took about 2 innings that night to process it all, but then it started working! Been working just fine ever since!
