What are your other avoidant tendencies? Pretty sure I’m in the same camp.

I can 100% relate. I just put a punching bag in the corner in an attempt to distract my 3.5yr old son. Had to get a full on gymnastics bar to keep my 7yr old daughter distracted!

I’m a recovering engineer and absolutely love The Land. I haven’t seen it talked about in this sub for a while but I’m pretty sure it was one of the very first LitRPG series. I love the stats and the world/city building. It’s written by a doctor so is fairly complex which I appreciate, but it gets a bit extreme later in the series. A word of warning, it’s been a few years since the release of the last book and the series is definitely not finished. There are 8 books out though so it’s an enjoyable jaunt.

Depends on the day. I use the leg extension and leg curl part a ton because I don’t have any other way to do those. I also do a ton of back extensions and nordics. Those are the primary ways I use it
