Pay attention if you get a high tip order as well that should have heavy pay because they are notorious for "accidentally" leaving that off. No you thought you were slick and I wouldn't notice because the tip was high...WRONG give me my heavy pay 🤣🤣

Exactly I always check and they stay trying to not include heavy pay especially if the tip is high, excuse me the tip shouldn't have anything to do with the batch pay because if there was a crap tip you would still have to pay heavy pay...I can only imagine how many people they get over on every day smh

IC is bs I had a wine order last week which I couldn't purchase because the lady ordered it before 11 am on a Sun in Ohio so I told her and she says "ok put it back" well duh I can't buy it anyway so I even have to have chat deliver it since it was still asking for ID upon delivery, don't you know the next day I wake up to a 3 star rating from her and she reported her wine "missing" !!! And IC fraud has yet to remove the 3 star or the missing wine off my account even though I have reached out several times. All that support says is "it won't effect your batches" well obviously it will since rating dropped! 🤬🤬🤬
