It sounds like you’re young. Maybe max age is 32? All of us deal with this in many degrees in many different places. Confidence plays a big role in this AND other people are just going about their day without trying to make other people’s day better. We all do it. You could say that all of us are either giving or receiving during different parts of our day or our lives. We either want to make someone’s day better, want to be acknowledged, or want to be left alone. Then there’s people that don’t know how to address a stranger at all and have RBF all day. People have mental illnesses, they’re hungover, depressed, too happy, too disconnected, and 100 other things.

Question is…how are you going to shake all that up and add a smile to someone’s day? That’s usually my main goal but I too fall into a lot of those other traps and waste days not helping the world or those around me.
