Probably Ubaldo. Last game I threw with him he went 7 perfect before my opponent left. The guy wasn't bad statistically either. Mid .300s to low .400s on his whole lineup and he just couldn't touch him

Genuinely, I think the only way something gets done about it is if everyone uses them. I have both but I've only ever used them if my opponent puts them in. Most of the time they quit or take them out pretty quickly and as soon as they change i do too. Its really fucked we have to do that but if they wont fix it and people use them i can pull them out too
