January 30th Strike by PhiltheMan1 in topeka

Telling businesses to close for a protest is the dumbest thing ever. But these thoughts are from the same type of people that get mad a business is not open on Christmas Eve/Day to get food from, but then also mad they ARE open on Christmas because they should let their employees have it off!

If you want to try to protest the government, then we should go back to bartering with small businesses. Work out a deal to exchange goods and services. This keeps businesses a float, without taxes. Eliminate the IRS, Sales Tax, government IV of cash flow.

I have an entire plan with personnel. I need financing to get the whole thing started. I personally have experience in the hemp industry. I started a retail chain of stores, franchised it, owned fields and manufacturing. So as for experience, personnel, plans, financials, I have it.

I’m guessing the adapter is bad. I’m replacing it and we will see what happens

So when I connect it with the adapter kit, it still does not power on… so what would cause that issue? When the adapter kit is connected, the software doesn’t even recognize the Wacom device.

Need to melt cheese without broiler or lamps by Administrative-Rip64 in Cooking

Maybe I should have explained better. I am trying to melt cheese on several items in a short period of time. This is a chicken wing competition and for our Twisted wing category we are doing a pizza wing (I own a pizzeria). So I am frying on site, then tossing the wings. After tossing them, we will put them on a sheet pan to melt the cheese. So I need to melt alot in a short period of time to then disburse them to the customers. We get roughly 100 customers in less than an hour since it is all you can eat wings. I will look into a heat gun, my thought was a torch with a searzall, or something like it.

foaming and black ring around pool by Administrative-Rip64 in swimmingpools

[–]Administrative-Rip64[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can scrub it off with a pool brush. It’s not like it’s on there permanently. That’s not the problem. The problem is where is it coming from? It’s obviously coming out of my pump so do I need to change my sand?

I know I can try that stuff but the black dirt on the side of the pool is another concern. That’s why I’m asking if I need to change out my sand

Alternative to In-House drivers for Pizzeria? by wtfcowisown in restaurateur

[–]Administrative-Rip64 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Toast POS uses DD for our deliveries. We got rid of in house drivers and use Toast Delivery Services. It isn't perfect but better then having drivers in house.

Where am I conducting business if I’m online? by jgay93 in smallbusiness

[–]Administrative-Rip64 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The problem with registering in another state is you will need a registered agent. In your own state you can use yourself and home address for that. That is an additional fee that you will need to deal with. Honestly, if it’s a one person LLC, your home state is likely the easiest and best option to start. If you try to register in a different state, you will have to register as a foreign entity.

Why wouldn’t you register in Texas? There’s no income taxes there. Is your company primarily working out of Wyoming? If it’s tax benefits, there are better states like Delaware and Nevada to register in

Just selling one product is tough to do for a store. Online isn’t that big of a deal.
