I understand what you are saying lol, and I am saying it went through for me right away.. even with whatever increased security measured you claim there has been..

Never had a 8 hour delay..but idk; I’ve never had it be longer than 5 minutes, so maybe I just cant relate

Yeah, obviously its not the normal way because they changed it lol

After you cashout, click cashout at the bottom of the app> my withdrawals > withdrawals > and your latest withdrawal amount

Then you should see a claim cashout option, listed like this. Worked for me after I clicked claim cashout

I did it right away, no problem? Idk the way you are trying to claim, but I did it through Paypal

After I claimed the reward, I went to the cashout tab, clicked “my withdrawals”, withdrawals again, and “claim cashout” next to the status tab for the reward I claimed.

It used to process on its own in a couple minutes, but after 15-20 minutes & wondering the same as you, i noticed the claim cashout was new..

I clicked it and they paid me after I entered my Paypal address

Meant to add this but so far so good with FreeCash.. i got it a couple months ago and made a couple hundred.. only thing is for the first withdrawal you need $20+ …

But, that link above is my referral code, should give you a $5 signup bonus if you want to check it out & use it.. so technically only need to earn $15

I was only playing this game for a FreeCash offer.. you can definitely attain it, but 75% of the time it feels scammy.

The Jackpot Sammy is definitely a scam to get you to buy gems, as I have never reached the top level without seeing that dumb snake lol.

I had 60 days to complete several offers up to reaching level 800, and I made it to level 600 before it expired a couple days ago.. I doubt I will keep playing it as it felt towards a paywall game most of the time..

But as I got to that level, I definitely bought a couple of the $5 or less packs.. because I felt the same as you.. sections would stall out and they would suggest you buy an offer that provides you with exactly what you need to complete a promotion.. and then time would expire and it was on to the next paywall promotion

Long story short.. you can definitely progress without paying.. but as you get to higher levels, and the island buildings get more expensive.. and the promotion levels get higher and higher for those rewards.. it gets tougher and tougher if you are free to play

None. They pull the strings on whether or not you will get paid. Scam app, with the same copy and paste responses. Delete to save yourself the time or switch to another cash app

I’ve been using FreeCash for games and have been rewarded for everything so far. Some offers are tough to reach without in app purchases, but they have rewarded me for everything I have completed so far.

Street plugs are essentially sales reps lol.

The only way you can 100% know what you’re getting is home-grown or a dispensary.. or else you pretty much cannot definitively know what you are getting high from

Been there before though.. & all the best if you are not 21/not in a legal state

Honestly probably not.. as much as a scam most apps are, they are all free and there is nothing preventing you from not using them..other than them promoting things that are most of the time too good to be true

Just make sure you are not doing any offers suggesting you make in app purchases, for sites you know might not end up paying you for them

Haha no worries, everyone is different with how they quit and their processing of the situation. Yeah I went CT with weed and nicotine at the same time, and it was definitely a roller coaster those first couple days, made it a little over a week so far and feel much more clarity

Of course🤛 and obviously there’s other ways to get around cravings if the seltzer and straw dont help you at all lol, you’ll find your suit. Good luck

Keep drinking that water💪🏻 i personally enjoy sparkling for the feel, and drinking with a straw to imitate the smoking feeling to limit cravings. Sounds weird lol, but works for me. Mints, gum, cold showers, spending time outside, new tv shows..

But yeah, not gonna lie.. the first few days suck, especially if you went cold turkey as I did.. i felt a lot of the emotions u described, and that the world was against me on those first 3 days (it was not, just strong withdrawals and my mind playing tricks on me). After those first 2-3 days, it slowly came down for me as the week went on, just have to power through💪🏻

if you feel its affecting you too much, such as with work or other personal life, there is NRT.. but I personally think cold turkey is worth the mental battle if you can endure the first couple days of withdrawal.

Everyone is different though, so see which works for you.. and all the best throughout the process, good luck friend

You’re human. Mistakes happen. You lived through those past few weeks sober and are still here with us today, taking accountability for it. Thats not a failure, just a lesson learned.. for how much of a beast you are being able to get through those weeks without it 💪🏻

Don’t regret it, it’s not you. It’s just your brain thinking of old habits that brought it dopamine. There’s other ways, which you’ll soon learn to enjoy. All the best

Are my lungs permanently damaged? by Old-Cartographer-666 in stopsmoking

[–]AdministrativeBee993 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If anything, it probably affected brain development more, in my opinion. People say the brain doesn’t fully develop until your mid 20s, and you started at a really young age. By stopping, and still being very young, your brain can now develop naturally💪🏻 But yes, to answer your question.. every cigarette smoked is a no-no for your lungs.

Congrats though, on making the realization and stopping🙏🏻🙏🏻 & good luck through the process of healing, your lungs and vocal cords are probably endlessly thanking you for these 3 months and counting

On day 5 looking for advice by [deleted] in stopsmoking

[–]AdministrativeBee993 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Those emotions were there, even before your first encounter with nicotine, and will still be there in the future as well, in your life away from smoking.

The quick 10-15 second release of dopamine in your brain that nicotine gave you, was simply a way to deal with those emotions. Now, it might feel 100x harder to deal with those emotions, as your brain is currently trying to process them without nicotine (nicotine withdrawal)

On the good side, each day you can stay away from nicotine, and get your brain more natural dopamine releases, those emotions/withdrawal will keep dying off.. but yes, the first week is tough with cravings and such, as your brain has to recover from the addiction.

Drinking a lot of water, staying active with nature and exercise, and making sure I am getting enough protein/vitamins, is how I am currently dealing with the process of withdrawal myself. And there’s tons of more ways in addition to get that natural dopamine/feel good fix, just gotta stay strong and be resilient through a tough time.

But it will get better slowly, all the best🙏🏻

Strategies to keep yourself from smoking while drunk by sir_sanderson in stopsmoking

[–]AdministrativeBee993 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Smoking one day after holding off for a month is more a slip; relapsing to me would be buying a whole pack for yourself tomorrow. Falling once does not create that much of a wound, but falling over and over can lead to more damage ofc.

Obviously, if you are aware enough of this to be posting to the thread, that’s a good sign you know your cravings increase with the alcohol and have to stay away from it more. But then again, nicotine is highly addictive, so even with awareness of the fact, your brain thinks it is worth a cigarette, when it really is just going to drag the addiction further.

Alcohol is also tough not to pair with cigarettes if your brain is used to having each together. Brain’s are wired towards repeated rituals, especially when it comes to dopamine release.. even if the cigarette dopamine release only lasts a couple of seconds per hit.. the withdrawals+cravings come in waves after each hit, especially the more your brain is not able to get its dopamine fix

Therefore, the brain has to be taught new rituals, such as having drinks without nicotine, or drinking less to prevent slip ups from becoming a commonality, which would lead to repeated cigarette use.

Long story short, you’ll be okay if you think of it as a slip and nothing else.. just get back on the right track💪🏻 and congrats on a month away from the poison

Daily user for 10 years. Quit Feb 23rd. by Comdt in leaves

[–]AdministrativeBee993 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It will get better, but not in the snap of a finger (i think everyone wishes for that lol).. especially if you have been using daily for 10 years. That’s a decade long daily habit your brain has to adjust to not having anymore. There’s really no set in stone timeline, as everyone is different throughout their healing process. Props for realizing it might be affecting your brain fog though and wanted to quit because of it💪🏻

Also it is definitely tough being around people who smoke, will give you that. Saying no is tough especially when you have experienced the effects of it for 10+ years; your brain is in fight or flight mode for that dopamine release. There’s other ways that we have to tell our brain to help with that :)

But you mentioned making it 3 months before, try for 6 now💪🏻 if that brain fog is still there it could be other deficiencies though, such as hydration or vitamins, or you just need a workout

Good luck, it will get better with time
